Registration for the 2005 season will be held at Centennial Middle School on Saturday January 29, 2005 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Please bring a birth certificate or proof of age. Registration payment is due at time of registration. Parent or Guardian must sign a liability release form prior to registering their child.

than two children, the third child plays for half price. All registration
after February 10th will be charged a $10 late fee and will be made
