Fall Ball

2020 Fall Baseball Registration

2020 Fall Softball Registration is Open

2020 Fall Softball Information

When registering for Fall Softball, you will sign up for the level of play that you will be in for the 2021 season.  For example, if you currently play 10U, but next summer (2021 season) you will be playing 12U, then you will play 12U for 2020 Fall Ball.  This will get the kids ready to play at the level they can expect to play in next summer.

***For this season only, MN Softball is allowing players to play at the level they missed during the 2020 season, BUT as a league, we still recommend playing at the same level in Fall that you will be at for 2021.  This will help girls moving up learn to adjust to a larger ball, different pitching distances, and get a glimpse into what to expect for Spring.  If you want to stay down, you must contact the office before registering.***

All Players will receive new jerseys for Fall Softball.

10U / 12U/ 14U /16U

General Information

Centennial Lakes Little League Fall baseball registration is now open. Fall baseball is for players that were Baseball Ages 8-11 years of age for the 2019 Regular Season (this means the player will be "Baseball Age" 9-12 for next year's 2020 Regular Season), who participated on a sanctioned Little League team in the summer of 2019. We primarily draw from Shoreview and CLLL and will play teams from Coon Rapids, Parkway and Plymouth/New Hope and other areas as well.

Little League "Baseball Age" is defined by Little League.  CLICK HERE to see Little League age charts and a full description of "Baseball Age."

Fall baseball is an excellent way for your child to get additional games, and help them continue to learn the game in a less stressful environment. It is our goal to make the teams as competitive as possible to ensure that all players have a positive experience.

  1. There will be 1-2 divisions of play, depending on the number of players that sign-up. The league is open to "Baseball Age" players 8 – 11 years of age for the 2019 regular season. (ONLY PLAYERS ELIGIBLE FOR LITTLE LEAGUE IN 2020)
  2. There will be player evaluations in early August to assign them to the appropriate level of play, and allow coaches to draft competitive teams.
  3. If players are unable to attend the evaluations they will be placed at the following level of play (2019 Age levels):
    1. Minor-8 and 9
    2. Major-10 and 11
  4. Practices will start in August, and the league will wrap by the first week of October.
  5. CLLL National League rules will be utilized with the addition of a 5 run per inning limit.
  6. Teams will play double headers on Sunday afternoons. Each game will go for 1- ½ hours with a 15 minute break in between.
  7. Games may be played at Carl Eck/Lions, Plymouth New Hope, and CRLL fields, Robbinsdale, Hopkins or Golden Valley.
  8. Umpires will be provided for games
  9. The fee for playing will be $90 for approx. 10 games, and each player will receive a hat and jersey.
